Working with me is not a cookie cutter plan. Our discovery call is all about learning about your business and how I think I can help you. However, the first thing we will always do is a lot of self work. Starting off this process with what you want our time to look like and what success really means to you. Then we will dig in to the meat of what we are going to work on. That could be your operations, hiring a team, learning how to build rapport with an existing team, or even just working through assessing the talent on your team now. 

This can be done all online or depending on location in person. I also offer intensives where I can come to you and spend dedicated time with you in your business wherever you are. 

This is not a coaching program or a mastermind like you might see in other places. Everything I do will be tailored to you and your needs. Because of that, pricing is done on an hourly rate of $75 per hour. Hours will be determined together based on your needs. This helps us to have clear goals and for you to see where your money is going to be spent. I am all about transparency and value the money you are investing in me.

I have worked in retail since I was 18. In those 18 years (yes, I know I am that old) I have managed stores with yearly volumes of 6-15 million dollars of volume. 

I didn't graduate with a business degree but I was in it. And I mean the trenches for a long time before I was a store manager and responsible for making over 4 million dollars in a year. 

Sure, their brand helped bring the traffic but it was up to me to keep it. To provide a service. To ensure that the product was out on the floor and looked nice. That the team was delivering a brand promise even if it wasn't mine. 

I have also spent a lot of time working on learning online based brands inside and out before creating my own. I went back to school and got a bachelors degree in Digital Audiences. I spent time working in a small business with an amazing consultant that I learned a lot from.
